More common is the following:
If the person's name ends in a vowel, add "ya".
If the person's name ends in a consonant, add "ee".
Example:
JeeSoo -> JeeSooYa
JeeSun -> JeeSunEe

this is just my experience there's probably more common things.

I was taught with females younger than you you add ya/ee and with males younger than you you add ??/ah (I only encountered younger guys with consonant ending names) so Ki-WookAh, TaekYungAh, etc. Like Chill though that was just my experience living with a couple of Korean families for a couple of weeks.

Also once I actually called my host brother as DongSaeng in front of a class full of students. I bet it was totally unseemly of me to do so. Feel free to correct me / make fun.
