I haven't noticed it recently, but liking one group doesn't necessarily always make you hate another, but at the same time...it doesn't mean I have to like them. Unless I am completely oblivious, I don't see people hating on a certain group in this thread just to make a point that their favourite group is better. Unless we are talking about some other place...then that's another story.

As a dedicated fan, it's inevitable that you know the way fanclubs work. And you know how annoying the people are that bash, particularly if they bash on your group. Therefor I always find it strange when people do such things to other groups when they know how stupid it is when someone does it to them. I frown upon fans that bash others, and my own kind in particular because it gives the collective a bad name. This seems to be a problem especially among the bigger fandoms, Sone and ELF come to mind. Just because of sheer numbers.
The fact that a lot of fans are teenaged girls doesn't help either. Just read the comments on Allkpop, Soompi, youtube, heck even a big part of soshified, and you will notice the place is filled with kids. Usually posting the biggest nonsense and incapable of writing decent English. Biggest downside of Kpop if you ask me, the fans.

It happens more in general, see ELF/Sone fanwars, allegations of rape between fanclubs, etc. etc.
And you don't have to like them, and criticism is fine, it's the outright bashing (again, not so much here) that sucks.
@Nosliw it was Hyomin, zipper went all the way down the front, black dress- probably the same one actually.. Would picture hunt but am both lazy and currently at work.
