Agree with Kipsate, although season 1 of RM (at least in the beginning) had so many of the popular girl groups that it probably will have your favorite idols on it, assuming your favorite idols debuted in 09 or slightly earlier.
Heroes just had too many members, like 13 if I am not mistaken, but the IU+PJY combination with Yoo In Na and Nicole on the side was pretty damn gud, plus dat ajumma was funny.
RM has incredibly chemistry among its cast members plus they invite awesome guests, which also include my fav actors and actresses such as Shin se Kyung and Choi Min Soo.
Heroes was good but got incredibly dry after around 15 episodes, it just got boring. Everyone fell into the same role, which happens in all variety shows but even the jokes were exactly the same; same gags in different locations with a different "mission" in mind, half the cast doesn't do anything, a quarter is unlikable, leaving the quarter of the cast you actually want to watch with too little screen time.
edit- also RM's guests are the best, not just idols (which everyone focuses on here) but actors/legit singers and stuff as well.
I actually really enjoyed that A Pink song despite being meh on it during the music video. Don't know her name but the main vocal in that group is really good as well.
Hyomin's wig is gross, worse than her short hair IMO. She shouldn't have cut it but once she did she should at least have committed to it, otherwise what's the point? Soyeon continuing to look good, camerawork continuing to be shit.
Next week should be pretty good, IU at least, and maybe Troublemaker will be decent/at least have good dancing.
I hate how the cameras focuse on sohee's hips during her arm windmill move because the whole point is that you see all of her do it and it looks good. I like their black outfits better than their white outfits, once again they need to stop having so many damn closeups for performances.
To truly enjoy running man, you need to watch it from the very beginning. The team synergy and chemistry is really what makes you look forward to the the next episode. at first I watched it b/c hey it's going to fill my family outing void + famous actors&idols .. but now I don't even mind too much who guest stars .. they show is amazingly funny w/o em. and like kipsate said <3 se kyung <3 choi min soo is just a bad ass.

ya, watching them build relationships was pretty awesome, I only knew KJK and Jaesuk (from X Man) Sukjin (from SGB) and Haha (from movies), the rest I had no idea so it was pretty cool getting to know them through the show. I thought like Kwangsoo was empty at first, and was suppose to be like Hyomin and Sunhwa in IY, CEO'd but he ended up being hilarious, Framer Kwangsoo #1. KJK + kids is #1 team.
