If you really want I can go through Japanese sources to find some official talk about SHIKI and Roa in the far side routes, but far as I can recall, in Akiha route, Roa is a non-factor. Officially the far side routes are lumped together and considered to be separate from the near side.
and yes Kohaku would totally play Love Plus if it had Hisui, in fact she really might modify one herself to make it feature Hisui.

She's Aozaki Aoko. I had a hilarious "what-if" discussion a while ago about a possible her vs Arcueid, and I think we ended up thinking the world would just explode.
She's one of the seven true sorcerers, and also the sister of Aozaki Touko (from KnK). She's the one that fought Touko, killed the latter's familiar, took on heir-ship, and left the latter with the "scarred red" monicker. Also, she stole the glasses from Touko. We can speculate on why Touko made the glasses in the first place (as I believe KnK takes place after Tsukihime, time-wise, given how old Touko is in KnK and how old Aoko appears to be in TH) but there's nothing concrete there.
A separate story for Aoko was written in around 96 (Mahoutsukai no Yoru) but was left as an amateur draft, until a few years ago when Type-Moon announced they were making a VN based on it, and then it was supposed to be released 9/1/10, except it got delayed, and we're left wondering wtf happened to it.

Just going to loosely translate the Japanese wiki description - "In the far side routes, because of [SHIKI]'s personality was almost completely destroyed as a result of the reversion to the Oni side, Roa's manifestation was not properly completed...Roa's will has been shifted into the general direction of 'killing everything'."
I guess you could make a claim that as SHIKI's personality has kind of shifted back to the human side by this point (sorta, not really), Roa's general will gave him the killing impulse. + Show Spoiler +The thing is that without Kohaku, there wouldn't be any direction to it. She is still the main reason for SHIKI's focus to be on the Tohno family instead of just going on a completely general rampage.

Aoko is funny, because she always goes "Sugoi sugoi!" when she techs in Melty Blood.
But yeah, Aoko vs Arc would IMO result in the world getting blown up, and both of them dying for one reason or another lol

Oh I never had any doubt that she manipulated SHIKI into killing Mahikasa(sp?) and probably only drove him more into madness, but I'm talking about the random killings on the street. Kohaku wanted revenge against the Tohno's. I doubt she'd want random people living in the city to die, since she didn't even want Shiki to die, who was much more involved with the Tohno's than the random average citizen.

Actually I think the random killings were intended, because Akiha would have to respond to SHIKI, and that's a necessary step to her revenge.

Tsukihime/KnK/Fate/Stay Night all occur in the same universe. So some of the characters in each of the stories are related in different ways.
