Infact i might like the show even less now, this was such an unsatisfying conclusion to the whole gangster subplot This show is so much wasted potential, great production wasted on a shitty script/story | ||

I go with a big group of friends (7 of us this year), so its mostly a social gathering with people i barely ever see, and the con just gives us a place to hold it at and provides some stuff to do. Bonus points when the guests are actually relevant to your interests. | ||

I went to a fair few regional cons back in the early SC2 days, For me It was just at thing to do with some friends from the SC2 club or whatever back when. Alot of my friends would really get excited about merchandise like toys,posters etc or co splaying or fan signings and panels etc. Even pins and plushies + Show Spoiler + which I could never understand For me it was a fine enough experience. I found it all somewhat interesting, maybe made some wall scroll purchases here and there [spoiler](I have a really sick Yuko from xxxholic Wallscroll that is pretty much the only thing i have hanging on a wal[ that ive carried around for a decade/spoiler]l).\ I didnt go to very many and after the first few times ones the novelty wore off I was pretty done. Infact a large part of me felt kinda disappointed I wasnt as excited about things as some of the people there were. Then again I feel the same way about blizzcon and I still go almost every other year and at this point its just a way to connect with people that are scattered all over. | ||
