The only thing you miss is some references actually since the movie is a prequel. It’s like watching Fate zero before FSN. Something you shouldn’t do but you can do it if you want and still make sense of how some things are | ||

If No Game No Life is the kind of series you do like it's one of the best among those series though. Yes it's trashy fanservice comedy but you're not going to get an awful lot other trashy fanservice comedy series on that level. Say what you want about it and why people hate it for asspulls or whatever else kind of reason you might bring up, I'm just going to straight up say there's a reason it's so well liked and popular. It's just really entertaining if you can shut off your brain for a while and enjoy the ride. Maybe not for everyone but clearly for a lot of people. Yes you can watch the movie standalone because it's a prequel to the series but I'd advice against it tbh. I don't think it packs as much of a punch if you don't know the series at all. So I'd personally say go give NGNL the series a chance, check out the first 3 episodes and if you think that kind of thing is funny go watch the rest. If you drop it at that point I'd probably recommend the movie because that movie is absolutely glorious but I'd assume you're going to drop that as well even though they're not alike at all. While the movie is indeed absolutely worth a watch the worst part about it is probably it's slow start and if you went through 3episodes of NGNL, didn't like them, dropped it there and went on to check out movie at that point you're probably going to ragequit the movie as well before it gets past the slow start. So maybe you should just watch the movie after all 🤔🤔🤔 Idk, I think there's enough information out there from Ice, me and everyone else to make a call on your own Also, the pro-line is to listen to No Radio No Life first because that's the best. | ||
