Are you suggesting 24 episodes where like 12-16 of those are election finals than rest go into the other arcs? I can get behind that. I wonder if they had an issue with where to stop with the schedule. It is bizarre to have 13 ep season sequel. | ||

and it's pretty weird to get used to the japanese names for the pokémon and some episodes are a bit too generic but it's still fun and the animation is actually pretty damn good making the battles really satisfying to watch + despite pikachu still being boring, satoshi's newest pokémon from the kalos region are all pretty cool personality wise | ||

I'm currently "rewatching" the original series (60 eps in) and it's surprisingly entertaining despite being quite bad at times. The battles are boring as fuck though and the animation is garbage. I planned on skipping everything after the original series and to go straight to X&Y. Probably going to watch it dubbed though. Not going to fuck with japanese names after all those years. I even watch the original series in german (except for banned episodes)... Yeah, the whole internet decided waifuing Rem because the rest is completely mediocre and she has to carry the whole show on her own.
