Oh so you read it in Japanese? That series had so many manga adaptations t.t tho I do have the 1st couple of lns translated...sadly as Unleashing says nothing complete and I don't think anyone is working on it either.

oh yes, i remember now, there are at least 2 versions now that i remember, i think the translate team just chose the 'best' version and stick with it

Its been a while but I don't remember what parts of the series the 2nd half covers, tho I am pretty sure it doesn't get to some of the better latter stuff. Touma is a pretty meh MC tho  Railgun at least has Misaka as the lead in that series and you only get Touma a bit for when they interact (they also cover the sisters arc from Misaka's pov).
railgun is another anime? wow, I didn't realize that lol. I thought it was Misaka's nickname or something haha.

Still deciding if I should bother with the second season. Anyone? Angel Fall arc probably has the most future repercussions/foreshadowing of most of the Arcs, even if it seems stupid. Second season is easily worse than the first season. Railgun is 5x better than Index, watch those instead.
meh I still think it's quite terrible. I didn't really care much for the arc compared to the sisters one for example. Bit too late, already finished season 1 and started season 2. We'll see how season 2 of Index goes, might drop if it gets boring or annoying. Definitely checking out Railgun though having the first season 50% fillers is a bit off putting.

Railgun is the "off-shoot" anime from Index - I think it's a bit better. The MC is of course Misaka (who is also Railgun).

Misakas show is "A certain scientific railgun." Railgun is her epithet as an esper.

Biggest downside of Railgun is all the screen time Kuroko gets.

Kuroko is as bad as touma, both are fucking awful characters that ruin any scene they participate in.

She is Miyuki except she spams onee-sama instead of onii-sama and has to restraint.
