I think at this point, Big Order is just a huge joke
Joker Game feels like it could be an amazing anime. Instead, it feels lackluster. Maybe its because it's episodic? Maybe because the spies don't end up doing much :S
I just can't fear for the life of the Japanese Spies. I also don't have anyone to follow or cheer for

+ Show Spoiler +don't get me wrong, I agree with the ordering and loyalty part however, the anime has only shown us one scene discussing the MC being a spy and they seemed to favour more observation rather than action. I just can't see them killing him when he hasn't done much to warrant it especially considering that scene. Yep, your last line in the spoiler is pretty much what I was saying lol.

I think it's likely the episodic nature. It feels very disconnected overall. Individually though, the episodes are pretty good. I dunno though, I'm going off the first couple of episodes that I've seen so far.

Ummmm in Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry they have 6 people who win 20 rounds... this means that there are 6,291,456 students who join the tournament. The school really didn't seem that big...

The problem you have here is that this show isn't about the characters. They are basically irrelevant or more like exchangable. The show is about the cases, difficult situations, plans and execution. I enjoy this show a lot, I don't need anybody to root for and I don't need to know the characters. The action speaks for itself.
I also think that it's a great show to watch weekly because it's episodical. It's in the nice niche where I don't need to watch the next episode right away but I'm looking forward to each new episode. Ep5 was great again.

Finished Seirei no moribito
It was overall good with a few things i didn't like too much, Balsa was the best part of the show though.
It was also nice that all the characters were reasonable people and nobody was stupidly stubborn and there wasn't really any stupid misunderstandings either which are both things so many anime use to create drama
Setting was also cool enough, although i guess outside of the fantasy-bits it was just NOT-JAPAN on NOT-EARTH.
Now i'm a bit sad only 2 of the novels it's based on are translated, i'd like to see more of the world and characters. (Seirei no moribito is the story of the first novel).

+ Show Spoiler +Hard question. It's fiction afterall. I don't think it's possible right now, let alone back in 1939. However, we know that split-personality is a thing, although very rare. Since those types of illnesses are a disfunction in the brain that could very well be stimulated by a signalling agent and thus possibly be replicated by a drug, I think it's reasonable to assume that you can achieve something like this. On the other hand, I think it's unreasonable to assume that the person who is manipulated that way gets away without severe damage to the brain.

Honestly I can't even compare Kabaneri with SnK. Being a 'half good - half bad' thing is just so lame, feels more like Tokyo Ghoul with survival aspects. Lame as fuck. The mother scene in SnK ep1 felt so much more intense than anything Kabaneri has to offer. Then the 'strong female character' is also pretty much juiced out already, can't beat Mikasa. Just no man....

Sousei no Onmyouji / Twin Star Exorcists is disappointing me a little. Apparently the anime adaption isn't good and is adding filler stuff, like the annoying (!!!) pet from Benio which is neither cute nor useful in any way doesn't exist in the manga. + Show Spoiler [Episode 5] +Or Rokuro still being afraid of fighting cuz of his past and acting like a wuss, which he should have overcome already. Most of the scenes in this episode were anime original according to the MAL thread and while I didn't hate it, I'm sure it could be a lot better.
Also agree with Sent. I like both Kabaneri and SnK for the action and animation quality, but they both definitely have flaws.
