Big Order - I figured what was set up in Ep 2 was going to happen, but there's hope depending on how they keep going. Lost Village / Mayoiga + Show Spoiler + Okay, I changed my mind. It's not a reality show plot twist ending. It's a less beautifully animated, more boring, and utterly lacking in feels Angel Beats! They're all dead, they just don't know it yet. | ||

Maybe it's a specific thing to do with how DEEN does their art. You don't get that beautiful world compared to someone else like Kyoani who does constantly. It's not even to do with newer vs older show as Hibike last season did that wonderfully. | ||

So the design probably wasn't on purpose and was just plain bad. The animation however was done like that on purpose. At least according to them That reminds me. The girl from the last episode, the very last scene. That was probably the only time I saw a character and thought that's well adapted into anime-design for a character. So fucking murdered Chris' design Oh Eris was good too. | ||
