+ Show Spoiler + I mean, I love the character personalities and designs. I'm kinda split on who's my favourite though. Kotori seems like one of the strongest spirits and I love her attacks but same for Kurumi. I don't feel I've seen enough of Tohka aside from the early episodes but she gets major bonus points for being so caring and the closest to the MC lol. As for the story, I'm still hoping for more information in terms of what spirits really are, where they come from etc... but have a feeling that I won't find out lol. Had a good chuckle at Konosub. A worthy watch imo even if its over the top all the time. | ||

There's also the little girl and Shizuo which is so freaking adorable holy shit. I think that's not really just the contrast with Celty but the contrast in general. The show is about humans being monsters and monsters being humans. It's an old cliche but I think done well enough to be rather enjoyable. S1 didn't have that many monsters but S2 introduces another few which show the same thing. | ||

The entire reason I never bothered with Date A Live s2 is because I'm afraid the show will try and "redeem" or "forgive" that bitch for murdering people in cold blood, and that would just make me legit mad. | ||

Shows too often do that. Someone is a murderer straight up "bad guy", but then they show some sad backstory trying to get you to empathize with them. Then, all of a sudden the MC starts to empathize and everyone becomes buddies. That shit is so dumb and a super cop out. | ||
