okay so here's a little update on a question I asked like a year ago:
I asked about a RL friend and what Anime to recommend him because he only watched like 5 other ones and I really couldn't make out what his taste is.
Jumping ahead in time: after having completly given up on that all together I at some point, while playing boats-moba on TS with him, apparently mentioned the Kantai Collection anime. THAT he watched and it is the one thing he liked. Not really surprising because he's playing boats-moba and he's a military nerd that way.
Okay so nothing big so far but he told ANOTHER friend about Kantai Collection and as I heard that I'm just facepalming. But that friend apparently liked it AS WELL and just asked me about new anime.

Just a funny aside really. Shipgirls connecting the world o/

It started weak because I don't like Girlymatsu-san very much. Then came the race, that was very funny for quite a while. Though in the end it was a little bit too crazy, lol. But enjoyable nonetheless.

Agreed, I think so as well. I don't know what they would achieve with that though, now that Shirayuki seems to really miss Zen (finally). We'll see.

Also, apparently Spice & Wolf LN is getting a sequel for 10th anniversary... Fak, s3 when?

Why worry about the anime sequel when you can just enjoy it in its intended format. A light novel.

Though they will probably make a new anime to promote this sequel since its gonna be the last embryo type of sequel.

Getter Robo Armageddon was so good. Best OP, best fight, best robots, best ultimate attack, best ultimate combination attack. Things were shaky when it changed directors after episode 3, but it all came together great when things fell into place for Kawagoe.

i also couldn't tell you the lyrics to my 5 fav songs, the name of the guy living opposite me or even the people from game of thrones which i've watched 3x thru and read the wiki and played the game (dwarf guy, warrior woman, etc)

i'm not about names, i'm about character design, art and concepts
