+ Show Spoiler +Yeah, I kinda expect a monarchy to be corrupt lol. But I love that this isn't generic, kinda like Star Wars. Star Wars is like "Empire=evil. Rebels=Good and pure" But the Alliance are douches too. They kinda remind me of the United States. The whole series makes me think of the American Revolutionary War.

He was way too lucky with the assassination attempt though. But we all knew he wouldn't die right there on episode 9.
Those last 2 episodes we didn't learn that much, but I'm interested in this political struggle with the alliance. But it's not like an election is gonna stop the empire from considering them as rebels.

+ Show Spoiler [LoGH] +LoGH does make the democracy seem very corrupt and slow while making the absolute government seem much more streamlined. In the beginning though, both of the governments have their overwhelming flaws in how they operate. IIRC you're going to see the beginning of the change in the Empire soon since you guys are on ep 10

I don't know if I can bring myself to rewatch it from the start, at least not until I finish. I'm SO close to the end, only like 20 episodes away! Hopefully I'll finish it quickly, and can just pick up whereever you guys are currently at.

I think pretty soon the two ep per day quota of LoGH will be all I can watch everyday. School starts back up on the tenth, and I have a stupid job now

Hell no, it's totally worth watching. Even if you get eye cancer. Then when you finish the series, in a hospital bed with all your hair fallen out, you can say you witnessed one of the greatest shows known to man.

I don't know which spoilers you're talking about, but if it's the ones by me and Ferrose it's alright. Page 549 4 posts spoiler streak look scary though, so I can't tell.
This anime is 110 episodes long, so there would still be something good left I guess.

They are only up to episode 12, and its a 110 episode series, so you would have just spoiled yourself the tip of the iceberg. Just hopefully you have read a few of the things that I posted in spoilers way back when (weeks ago probably), since I posted my reactions to a few huge events that would definitely be much more major than this stuff.

As I trade even more sleep time to finish kabukimonogatari after I plowed through Umineko, I miss having so much reading material that I have to go through immediately.
and if I am still awake after this, bungaku shoujo ss vol4 wohoo, finally more stories about Touko after the main series ended~
(Like everyone has probably noticed, I am kinda high from the lack of sleep and the prospect of things to read)
Oh, and bungaku shoujo memoire 3 has been out for a while, but I think I only saw one crappy looking rip. Since I got my copy along with my books, guess I'll be watching that at some point.

lol, somewhat belated; I didn't even open Share for a few weeks but for whatever reason I had Genshiken2 ch3 in my folder (no idea when I got it) and just read it... lol, had me in stitches, the end-ish part is soooooooo wrong :<
