She has to play nice with the prince for her people but she is a warrior after all, no way is she just going to let that douche abuse her forever.
If the Empire was smart they would start peace talks and send people through the gate then try to get some other country on their side or just cry to the world about how Japan is being cruel. Even if its not true it will put pressure onto Japan to open access for foreign observers and then they could convince some other country to help them. Wouldn't be hard since they already showed US/China/Russia try to make a move and all those countries given a chance could squeeze in there considering all 3 are much stronger than Japan.

Dagashi Kashi is, like one guy from MAL said, so retarted that it's awesome again. Also apparently there are many Gundam references, too bad I haven't seen those Gundam scenes before, would probably make it even better.

That's where international politics shows up - that three way fight in the first cour really was only a hint of how things would probably happen. I mean, + Show Spoiler +"Ideally, I'd like to immediately send half of our population to the Special Region" really shows the depth of potential problems if they did work with another country, or (dear god) the U.N. circus.
Of possible countries to have the gate to your fantasy medieval kingdom show up in, you could do a lot worse than Japan. That's a whole different geopolitical discussion, however, and doesn't focus on the most important aspect of international relations, i.e., convincing Rori-sama that you're as cool as Itami.

As for if I liked what happened so far... Well idk, could become interesting considering the manga is fairly well received.

About Gate : The revenge airstrike + Show Spoiler +I know the show says that there were no civilian casualties... But bombing the Senta = Japan bad guy there? Blowing up non-military facilities seem like what modern internation politics would condemn The show is still good, but I feel like the cast is growing too big

Kizumonogatari part 1 was pretty good.

Have you watched Honey & Clover? If not, you should. Yeah only a bit i think i've said this before but i didn't like the female lead at all. Not even a bit. It's pretty much over when it's SoL/Romcom and i didn't like the female lead. I have to at least like the female main interest. I assume you mean Hagu? Eh, she grows on you. Also, it's more of an ensemble cast, there's another female lead. I actually put the show on hold after the first couple of episodes, but it ended up being one of my favorite shows. You should give it another try.

Actually i think we had this conversation before Maru haha(or somebody here or irc)
man i just don't really like her, i don't like how she looks and i don't like her personality as well (i'm watching this anime for romcom/SoL so it matters)
it's just very difficult for me to keep watching something if the girl in the show is bad (or if she's not bad then i didn't like her)

Where should I start if I want to try Gintama?

You can just start at the beginning to get a feel for characters and if you like it either keep going or watch any arc you want. From what I hear some are better than others but it never really gripped me so I gave up on it.

There is an gintama opinion to skip episode 1 & 2 cause reasons i forgot but you can look it up on random gintama threads on reddit or somethng,
|
Ep 1 is like random even after characters meet then following eps it goes through character introductions and meetings. Don't know if it was a play on the whole "opening must be exciting, you can't take time to introduce the story or viewers will be bored" or if it was just that exactly.

+ Show Spoiler + episode 1 was literally SoL lol but yeah the scenarios and thought of how ridiculous the situations is a bit funny
I just hope the female lead gets cuter than this, (i mean her character cause ofc )

I'm quite liking Bubuki Buranki. The action so far is quite fine and honestly the CGI is done quite well and looks way more fluent and better than say Ajin. Though I wouldn't mind a few slower paced episodes I guess.
