This shit looks like some 90s PC game CGI cutscene. Hilarious how Berserk just can't catch a break and get a good animated production going for it, and instead is cursed with yet another full CGI adaption
I just saw this. I wasn't expecting anything good but I'm still disappointed. Seriously fuck you Japan. Why are you ruining a great story by going full fucking retard. Just actually fork over some money and pay a good studio to animate this properly instead of using dog shit and toilet water.
Toad the art for that anime looks like the most bland and generic art I've seen in a long time. The PVs have convinced me the anime has nothing to offer and I should avoid it.
it's DEEN... but as long as they stick to source it's going to be nice while looking really shitty... At least they got a couple nice VAs and have committed to not rush the source with it only being about vol1... I think...
I do wonder why they swapped out Hayamin for Hocchan though. Yeah Hayamin is probably a bit more expensive than Hocchan but I highly doubt that Hocchan would be cheap to hire either. And it's not an important role in vol1 yet so that's not really all that much of a concern

I have no idea what you could possibly be basing this on.

Wow, this looks like shit cgi even when completly drunk... wtf?

Deen grew to be the no-go studio... It's insane how all they put out is mediocre at most, both animation-wise and adaption-wise. I have next to no hope for Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu.

Damn, most all episodes had me shedding tears from laughing. San(or Sun) Seto is waifu material! I think the ending was close to perfect (see below). I think the only thing that the show would've benefited from is having more close moments between San and Nagasumi. I mean, you start off with them going to the festival all the way back in the first couple of episodes where he gets her the ring which was good.
Then they move to Saitama and you get other characters joining who either like San and want her as their bride or who are her "enemy" but obviously grow closer to her and start to like Nagasumi. You also get the childhood friend, the silly best friend (Saru) etc... and that's all good and makes the anime more enjoyable when there's some competition even though San and Nagasumi being together has been set since the first episode.
Problem is that l feel like the anime drifted a bit after the move because they only held hands at the end of the class trip but never went past that which was disappointing. I figured that we'll at least see a kiss in the final episode once he saved her and finally became part of the Seto clan because he was accepted and got the jacket but for some reason, they didn't do so. It was the perfect moment for a kiss as well! Other than that, great comedic and romantic? anime. San is just adorable overall and all the characters' personalities fit pretty well with the overall theme. Would've liked to hear less of the Mawari "do you want me to teach you about the rules of ..." lol but it didn't change my enjoyment at all.
Too bad there isn't a second season exploring things further. Maybe about the mermaid world, their wedding, how things progressed from there etc... I guess there was a good chance they would've messed up the anime if they went further but one can dream.
Meh, its a comedy. Most anime suck when they focus on romance, might as well sideline it instead of trying and failing.
And an entire post on Seto no Hanayome and not one mention of Masa-san or the dads. wtf.
yes, I understand what you're saying but is holding hands several more times and a single kiss at the end going to suddenly make the anime much worse lol.
lol. I loved Masa and the dads, well, loved all the characters really including Kai but there's too much to talk about and I wanted to keep it quick and simple. Hopefully I can find another anime with similarly cute characters and lots of funny situations.

nah. More along the lines of a mix between DanMachi and NGNL with a bit more comedy? It starts with the MC dying and getting into a new world as a hero with one wish granted by a goddes to save aforementioned new world from the demon lord.
Now that I read this again that DOES sound like battleharem... but it's not, don't want to spoiler

I highly doubt hayamin cost more than hocchan because seniority matters a ton.
