Don't do it. All it does is prematurely pumping money into the publisher's cash. Only do it with those companies you trust. I think pre-ordering stuff from a company that you don't fuly trust is worse than backing a kickstarter from a company you don't know anything about.
I don't have a console, let alone a PS4, but I'm not to confident about big titles in general when it comes to pc. That might be my taste/perception of what a good game is but I would never buy something like Dragon Age: Inquisition for example despite it being hyped after everyone played it... At least not for the current price tag. Maybe at 5 € or so. In general I would be cautious with those titles you named. All those big franchise titles tend to be money-makers only.
And holy fuck are PS4 games expensive. 20% of are 15€ saved? So the full game would cost 80 € or so? I can't imagine a console game to have the value to be worth that much but whatever.

ok comet lucifer#2, should i call this worm or dildo form for this mecha lol. Tonnes of small details that i dislike in this but the main things annoy me most are the 2 female characters.

Yes she talked with Nadeko during the Nadeko Medusa arc. The one in which nadeko finds snakes in her locker at the school, which we now either saw happening in ep2 of Owarimonogatari or it was Ougi scouting things out to come back at a later time.
And yes, she was the opening conversation partner for Araragi in Kabukimonogatari (time travel). As well as being the epilogue topic between Araragi and Shinobu in ep4 of Onimonogatari (Hachikuji being gone) Oh, also Tsukimonogatari

the way this situation happened in my mind was the guy and the girl jumping up and chest bumping each other and i was so confused to how the probablity was 99% for getting a hand on the breast as a result.
Pretty sure she just has some exceptional thigh strength and is gripping on his hips like no other. I question why he isn't in immense pain but then I just assumed they are a couple and he's used to her gripping him like that.
whats the reason for some shows to have like obvious censors when they end up releasing the uncensored ones anyway? Like i mean, if there was never going to be an uncensored version than i could understand it, but that isnt the case so why the delay? They already do label uncensored/censored. I remember watching like the 2nd ep of that mars-supersolider-crockroach anime and they ripped off someones head and it was censored with a huge black circle like not even part of the anime (like how some smoke or a sign post will cover something) it just blatant censorship, i didnt continue watching the anime anyway cause i thought it was super fucked up and completely out of my comfort zone but this censor thing still makes me wonder why they do it.

Different networks have different requirements and these also change depending on time slots. Some anime intentionally censor in order to drive up interest in buying the Blu-rays since that's where the studios earn their money as they have to pay the networks for the slot so they basically don't get any money from actual airing.
Ocasionally he's a legal issue. In Jojo you see Jotaro smoke which is illegal to show on tv as he's a minor.

The uncensored versions are either from BluRays or from PayTV whereas the censored ones is what's aired on normal TV. In some cases you don't even get uncen versions on payTV either (To Love Ru Darkness 2nd season from last season comes to mind for example) and in that case you just have to wait for BD releases.
As for why? Depends on the show but if BD sales are their only way to get the money back they invested to make the anime it's probably just another incentive for people to buy the BDs.
