Felia is freaking annoying. The slice of life conversations and moments are all of the quality of that silly hug I complained about in ep1 - cringe-worthy as hell. Honestly, how difficult can it be to write conversations that are at least somewhat normal? Must be quite the challenge for anime writers...

Well, I guess I will give this a few more episodes and see how it develops.

The story focuses around Ikki and Stella. They actually get into a 1-1 relationship and it progresses that way in the LN. Brocon imouto tones down heavily after she realizes Ikki is sincere about Stella. The next couple girls that show up get saved by MC but none of them really attempt to steal Ikki away, internal monologue or otherwise.

Uhhh, no. Iirc, ikki starts dating her end of vol 1 and then will tell her in like vol 3 that he wants to start a family with her

From the previews I got the impression that Felia would be the quiet/dreamy/positively-melancholic (if that makes any sense) kind of girl, which would have been amazing. Now we have a hyperactive child, parroting everything with a big fat sign crying "hey I'm cute, love me pls". But yeah, there is still room for her to improve that's why I give it a few more episodes.

man, Mereum and Komugi dying together was pretty sweet and sad. The Chimera arc was crazy long though. It always seemed like there was something else going on that extended it and I feel that even though it was still interesting and fun to watch the changes, it was somewhat of a detriment as well. The pacing felt really slow when they entered the place and started fighting. Pitou best royal guard! Also, Gon putting a restriction and covenant on himself to defeat Pitou before going into a coma or w/e was something lol.

Ging getting punched by Leorio was hilarious and then having everyone turn on him when he isn't speaking properly to Gong lol. Only part that I disliked about the last arc with Alluka was the fact that I don't ever recall it mentioned that he had another family member. It's been a long time since I've seen the earlier episodes so my memory is hazy but it was never hinted that they had another family member, right? Given, you can argue that's part of the secrecy but even showing a single picture way back then would've made it seem more legit. It felt like it came out of the blue to me and was used mostly to revive Gon and have Killua develop further as a character by taking over the responsibility of caring for her as well as chart his own path away from Gon. Would've liked to see all three of them together for more missions but it's over anyways lol. Ending was pretty good overall. Too bad there isn't much more (manga seems to be an arc ahead though).

Would recommend 10/10!
