Been also wanting to watch Death note for a while now and thinking more towards that. Both seem to be entertaining though which is my main criteria. Note: SSY has a lot more stuff to think about outside of episodes. That's was a huge part of my enjoyment. You have to know for yourself if that's your thing. | ||

Too bad it's not popular.+ Show Spoiler + That last fight was lolol. Stupid fun. I think this show had a lot of potential but felt really rushed. Well at least it was very fun, every episode was entertaining me a lot. | ||

But I had the feeling it would feel rushed in the end 2 episodes ago. Same with Kekkai Sensen. It often feels like the writers just write and then notice they only have 1-2 episodes left for half the plot... Anyways, the fight was pretty cool, especially bimi's commentary lol. Stating the obvious as if it was something special, especially when they did it the entire season. xD I'm a little disappointed about not having a kiss scene for Eruna and Seisa though. Decent overall. Would have been awesome if every episode would have been on par with episode 8 but you can't have everything.^^ The only show this season that surprised me in a positive way. | ||

But it's not horror at all, well, not in the common sense of what you'd call horror. But it is deeply psychological. It's the only anime I have watched that made me think weeks after I ended it and it's the best anti-manichean story ever in my opinion. Death Note is the best manga ever when you are 15y/o and like plot twist and trap over trap. All in all it's really good but imo no way near SSY in term of overall quality. | ||
