So whatever you're drawing in layer4 will be underneath the white background color of your layer 3. You just need to set the background to transparent in layer3 and delete the white parts. That's why nothing's showing up and it blends if you mix it together like this. Next time start out with something that has it's background set as transparent and not white  | ||

i was just gonna do a quick joke picture about incest for you guys then i ended up spending FUCKING FOREVER trying to make this background then i had to manually draw out all the excess faded shit then by that point i thought i might aswell clean up the whole image a bit then i was like right i might aswell make sure its actually drawn ok now since i spent so much time on it then i spent fucking forever redrawing one of the eyes which turned out to be monumentally dire here + Show Spoiler + ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/DdZKSNa.jpg) wait it still looks like shit | ||

So you would need to erase all the white background above it. | ||
