DanMachi: This is a show I'll probably end up watching all the way through but with really mixed feelings, much like with NGNL. Seems to be interesting enough to continue, but a lot of things about it have already irked me. This show has shown me, however, that Minase Inori (who also voices Chino-tan) is basically a good version of Yuuki Aoi, so kudos to her. + Show Spoiler + Hestia is freaking stupid though. Syr best girl. Kekkai Sensen: The beginning of the first episode gave me Baccano vibes due to USA + jazz + Sakaguchi Daisuke (Jacuzzi in Baccano). Obviously the actual show is nothing like Baccano. Gives me some X-Menish vibes. It's looking like it'll be a good enough show, but nothing great. I'd give it a 7/10 at the moment. Its OP/ED are AMAZING though. I don't remember the last time I heard a Bump of Chicken OP but it rocks, and of course, jazz is always nice BGM. + Show Spoiler + Episode 2 gave me a good laugh with Zapp chasing Leo around for pizza and even kicking the hell out of him lol. Yamada-kun: Okay, I am enjoying Hayamin acting like Sawamura (Daiya, same VA as MC) way too much. That and her suddenly switching to a super girly ojousama, then back to classic calm Hayamin is amazing ear candy. I could watch this all day for Hayamin, whose character is super cutey too. However, + Show Spoiler + I'm just wondering why they keep switching bodies. They didn't give a particular reason. Seems dumb. Only show left to check out is Owari no Seraph I think, unless some other random show ends up interesting. | ||

The Meikyuu OAV really skipped out a ton about Asako and what happens to Yuuji after he was saved. Ecael-dono reckons 8bit will splice that into the Rakuen season when it airs. They kinda have to include more about Asako (and Oslo). Rakuen is the third part, you'll get to see what happens there when the anime airs. afaik, the report Sachi pieced back together and the girls read as five is happening at the same time as Yuuji's interviewing with JB. It's happening around the same time chronologically. There's more that Sacchin finds besides the shredded files that shows how broken Yuuji still is... so basically i was right about the chronology Meikyuu >>> Rakuen, and the girls reading that thing happens at the same time as yuuji and JB. In that case i think meikyuu was ok, but they messed up the ordering a little. that scene with the girls should have been towards the beginning more, + Show Spoiler + like right after he says "who has the time to piece together a shredded document?" they should have then switched over to the girls scene for the comedy of Sachi having pieced together the shredded documents, and then show them start to read it, and then go into the story. Then when they come out of the story a couple times like they did, they would only have to go back to JB and yuuji since it was already implied that the girls were reading it all also. The two both have reasons to keep switching (they kinda showed why in the episode indirectly) but it seemed like they wrote the 1st episode with the assumption of people having prior knowledge. Maybe it will be more explicitly states in Episode 2 tho.
