Yeah, as an intro it would be good. But for me, a movie, even if it is meant to be part of a series, should also be able to stand by itself - especially the first one. I still thought the first movie was decent, it was just that the second one was so much better imho.

Hmm they aren't really self contained movies though so I don't really see why they have to stand isolated. It's not like the first movie is so bad that you couldn't watch it isolated and be fine with it. You'll just be left with so many questions lol.
Maybe I'm just biased as I love the shit out of KnK and Shiki specifically :<
