Volume 5 was great though for expanding on the world. (For reference season of the anime was volume 1-2 and season 2 was 3-4) I'm definitely reading the novels more so for the story than anything else by now. Not that it's a masterpiece, it's just a fun story that isn't very serious and kind of pokes fun at itself multiple times. + Show Spoiler + Like when he summons the chichigami I'm short as fuck at 169 centimeters, well short compared to the average in my country (182) | ||

Edit: + Show Spoiler [DxD LN] + A few weeks ago I powered through up to vol 12 just to read Issei die and revive. I found it cute how his harem got all depressed, etc. Storywise, if you ignore Issei's eechi internal monologues, it's not half bad. Still trashy but acceptable, l0l. I found the Evil Pieces aspect of the story interesting. | ||

Just looked up Rias on MAL and she's apprently 99/58/90. I think we can all agree that that isn't realistic, correct? I mean the famous 90/60/90 has it's origin from modelstandards and those, more often than not, are pretty skinny and actually not as big in bustsize simply because it'd look silly on someone who barely weighs 30kg. Also, listing girls that have cowtits makes no sense in that series. Just list everything that doesn't have cowtits and assume everything else does. Way easier. I did watch it but I just never really liked that kind of exaggeration... The only girl that isn't a straight up no-go due to cow-tits or loli-issue is the bishop girl and she desperately needs a hair-cut and some duct tape over her mouth to make sure no sound could possibly emit from her mouth. | ||
