Neat, I never bothered looking into how they derived the rankings personally, all I remember was random ads from point to point of their hp and vote being up for public. Better than internet having influence anyway, the chart can only get even shittier.
I think for the last few years I use that ranking solely to see what kind of trash I can find that will hopefully amuse me.

Rias and Akeno have ridiculous oppai, Koneko is a loli (same with Ravel I guess?), Asia is like the pure/proper girl, there's also a trap and bishounen, etc. DxD has pretty much every taste covered for that demographic, l0l.
