Pics to text vary depending on what we are talking about but like a typical 300pg ln in jp has like...8~10? black and white illustrations and maybe 2 full page color. | ||

+ Show Spoiler + Well still don't have answers to some of the more overarching questions but that is to be expected with a second season already lined up. This show was a surprise in that it turned out a lot better then I expected. I wonder what was up with Vivi at the end though with her hair turning a different color. She almost looked like another Chaika for a second. I hope she doesn't do something foolish like blame Chaika and crew for her captains death. | ||

Yeah...hopefully s2 will explain more and go into the characters deeper. I enjoyed this series, not as good as Scrapped Princess though. I really hope there's going to be a s2 of Sidonia no Kishi too, fantastic series. | ||
