I think he just likes killing people but doesn't like hurting "good" people. You never see him taking the initiative and attacking anyone first, it's always he gets attacked then just enjoys killing the attackers. He's actually not that bad a guy if people just stop trying to kill him every day.

Wasnt that because he didnt think of them as humans. They were experiments made just to get him to level 6.

Well I don't think you can argue that since Index made it a point to try to say that he did see them as human.

is Index any good? I've heard it mentioned around here before and that's it has some similarities to Strike the Blood I think.

Index has some good stuff in it. Railgun is better though.

That is the parallel/side story to A Certain Magical Index. They take place slightly before and during the seasons of Index and focuses on Misaka and her stories from her perspective (with cross over of the characters ofc).

kind of like strike the blood but nowhere that extreme on the harem imo.
Touma has superpowers ans saves the world with speeches but it's less boobies and more "omfg I totally got in the wrong door, didn't mean to get in here" scenes and him getting punched by tsunderes all the time, Index at that being one of the most annoying things in the entire Raildex-thing.
Railgun is pretty much girls only, everything from Misaka's PoV. Misaka is the reason to watch Index / Railgun but it also has Saten and teaparties.
Index is a better watch if you like the inbetween episodes that don't have anything to do with story because those usually don't have a lot of Index and MC.
Railgun is the better watch if you don't mind teaparties.

Lol Index spends most of the anime yelling at Touma to feed or entertain her and the rest of the time she is biting/chewing him because he dared talk to another woman.
But like StB it does have a loli teacher (not goth though).
Railgun is just better because Misaka is a much superior character to Touma. Plus one of the best arcs in Index was the sisters arc, which was all about Misaka.

Order would be:
Index 1 -> Railgun -> Index 2 -> Railgun S I think. I screwed the order up myself and started with Railgun so I'm never sure about this

Thats the order people have said but others have said you can pretty much watch both seasons of Railgun after Index S1.
