Yep, they ended it at a good point and the ending didn't leave any loose ends. Unlike most of the series published by a certain shounen jump -_-

I finally finished Welcome to the NHK. I figured something lighter was in order before I started watching Lain, so I went with Genshiken. It is pretty damn good. I also started Hidamari Sketch. It is not as good.
The song does sound similar to many light piano insert songs many anime use. Clannad came to mind immediately for me as well, lol.

Maho's actual arc was such a big departure from when they introduced her...it felt really weird.

All the people on pixiv that already drew Yuri calling Kanade's name with a chan must be feeling smug about themselves right now.
AB really looks like it is just expecting people to have the knowledge from manga and novels though, I don't recall it having covered the fact that the organization really started with just Hinata and Yuri. Well, most of this episode felt like a gag of sorts, and Yuri's situation really could use more elaboration, but whatever. Already made my mind to just get the manga and novel fragments to read, I'll reserve full judgment till after that. The anime, needless to say, was way to short.
What the heck though, with this publicity Key can just make AB a game and have massive sales...like how they rereleased Clannad on PC w/ voice and had like zero improvement from the original version other than iirc CG upscale. Also, Kudo wafter is this month I think? Tomoyo After was way to high a par though, this will probably suck in comparison.
