I thought darkness was way closer to the border than the first DxD to be honest, maybe because it's more about small girls? That one's still cracking me up. Kindof decided on a specific kit aaand: + Show Spoiler + 1: Need to import because the in-EU store that doesn't rip you off completely doesn't have any HGUC kits 2: Sold out/on backorder on hlj, ami ami and 1999.co.jp/eng + Show Spoiler + Being a Zaku fan is suffering | ||

It's only slightly higher up in difficulty than the HGUC's I think, but with the exception of some (RG Zeta that I know of) the other's aren't overly difficult. RG Freedom was my first gunpla in ~8 years and it was pretty straight forward following the instructions. | ||

Apparently some of the more recent Muv-Luv kits are 1/144 scale, so are easier. But the 3 Kits I have are all "Non-scale", which are 1/100 MG quality... For the most part. Some parts like to fall off them. The non-scale Takeru Shiranui is a particularly good kit, however. Its one of my favorite models that I own. If you are looking to get a 1/144 Zaku, I highly recommend: http://www.hlj.com/product/ban957732/Gun . Only problem is its on Backorder. But anyway, it comes with a normal 1/144 HGUC Zaku, but it comes with tons of accessories. It has a bazooka, with a little "shooting missile" attachment, all sorts of guns, heat hawk, etc etc. And the best part is that it comes with TWO Type-61 Main Battle Tanks. So if you are bored enough, you could try and recreate this: On a related note, if you ever want a 1/144 Ground Gundam, the Ground War set for that is excellent as well. | ||
