I enjoy it more than the ZKC series itself... we'll see how it ends, but I do like how they expanded more on the prophecy and world. Also this week's episode was pretty lol, but not as lol as the two random Strike Witches eps.
Also Nagi confirmed lolicon.

Is it a corner when it just got cut and he had like...one chapter to end it with? Eden no ori at least got enough time to finish the ongoing arc lol.
It's not just the last chapter though, it looked like going in circles for a while and the publisher probably was like enough is enough and pulled the plug.

In those cases I think they give it a bit of time to wrap up at least a bit before ending, iirc from the guy's twitter he said that he basically only had enough time to produce that last chapter and throw everything in it like that. Considering the length I'd hardly say that it is going in circles.

Also Nagi confirmed lolicon. I am waiting for it to end before watching, SSJ Hyoubu pisses me off so much that I can't watch. From what mangaka says they'll use Yuugiri as some way of tying up this and main series or something.
Look on the bright side, anime version Mashiro is considerably better than LN just because of having a voice on that type of character.

Possibly, it's prob just me confused about the series than anything else.

It was soooo boring. If you were bored... why didn't you drop it?
I thought it would get better.

Now I know how why there was such an uproar for the ME3- and LOST ending even though I've never experienced any of the series.
How can an ending make you so damn anxious...?
Looking on the bright side, do you guys know any other mangas that are in the same genre/style as Eden no Ori?

Lets Lagoon is similar but it's still relatively new

SSJ Hyoubu + Show Spoiler +
lol
To be honest this series really reminds me of Terra e... with Soldier Blue.

Finished Kaiji S2
+ Show Spoiler +How many pachinko episodes did that make? Honestly though, they managed to keep it exciting through the whole thing.
Also, collective menly tears.

I've wanted to watch Monster for a bit but I'm kind of intimidated because it's 70 episodes. The longest show I've watched was 30. Why does the episode length intimidate you? No rule says you gotta finish all anime in the same amount of time. If you want to watch it, just watch it at a pace you are comfortable with, and if you like it, you won't care about the length. I dunno really. I guess it's kinda because I keep track of stuff in my head, like what page I'm on in a book or what episode in a show. In a book it's really easy to find my place if I forget the page number (which I do quite often) but with an anime it's a little bit more difficult, well I guess it's pretty easy to just use wikipedia episode list. Yeah, you're right, I'll start it after I'm with what I'm watching now. If you keep track of stuff on MAL, that helps too.

Catching up in Conan on episodes I've already seen because I'm not sure where I stopped exactly. On episode 469 after skimming through some Black Organization arcs and + Show Spoiler +it's weird that Conan is a respected detective too at least in regards to Kaido Kid. Which I guess makes sense because in the Kaido Kid arcs Conan usually takes a more active role and can't use sleeping Koguro. I'd also forgotten all the sleuthing music that I had gotten used to when watching the series.

Get MAL Updater too, then you don't have to keep track of anything. Just click 'next episode' whenever you want to resume watching a show.

Yeah I just started watching this since I have a bit of time... it's pretty damn good. Only up to the second episode though. xD
I'm assuming the main series is good too? :D

Eugh, main series is so-so. It's an old series aimed for kids, so... I wouldn't recommend it.
You just need to know the basic premise of the old series and what happened between them and Kyousuke (who went from primary antagonist to primary protagonist this time around)... mainly because this is a sequel ;p You can really just kinda google/wiki that, though.

MAL is a must-have for any long time anime watcher. So you can keep track of what you've seen and how much you liked any particular series. The forums are just a plus where people troll the shit out of each other.
