Check out the movie adaptation of the second half for even-more-epic battle scenes 
(Let's just say, even Nia gets a mecha during the final battle :D)
S;G first half was pretty confusing for me, but 2nd half should make up for it. Also suggest rewatching first ep after you finish. Oh and keep watching post-credits on ep 22 (I totally missed it my first time through and was confused the next ep)

I realized that people might not have read my post earlier due to spoiler warnings so reposting this part about TE Ep 1: Did anyone else get a strong Gunbuster vibe from this ep? Female lead with important connections at a all-girls training facility, random rival challenging her to a duel, abbreviated training scenes, threat of alien attack (ok this one is a slight stretch), and of course "Coooach!"
Also, if MLA ever gets animated anything like Ep 2, I'd totally be willing to watch for the action scenes alone.

Steins gate goes from okey-to Really good-To meh okey again. I just thought it kinda went alittle downhill when + Show Spoiler +He had to have one on one time with each girl

Hey guys, I hope I am not spoiling anything for myself, but what is the canonical pairing for Yu in Persona 4? I personally like Chie, but something tells me that it is most likely going to be Rise once she appears.

Ye Extra is generic rom eroge, you can ctrl a fair bit there if your not interested just to familiarize. Unfortunately I didnt get much past Extra myself and probably wont. Afaik Unlimited you need to read for sure, thats the scenario where Alternative takes off from, or well retakes off from.

You should but semi Ctrl:ing it through extra is fine... and when you redo it for the second required heroine you can almost full ctrl it, just check out the very few differences... you really should play through unlimited once before alternative.

You should as there is a lot of backstory there, but you don't need to go through all the routes. You just need to go through either Sumika or Meiya's route once, and then maybe Ayamine just to get some backstory on Sagiri. You can use the ctrl key a lot though if it really bothers you. It shouldn't take 50 hours maybe 6 hours per route or shorter if you ctrl through it. Then just go through Unlimited once (picking heroine in unlimited doesn't change the story one bit).

To me Yukiko felt the most canon. But there really wasn't any clear one like EchOne said.
Also it took me a few seconds to figure out what the fuck you were on about with the "Yu" due to protagonists being nameless in the games. :d

I'm not watching it either Zeke o/ I never watch any show until it's done airing + I've been given glowing recommendations by at least 3 people I trust. Also I'm not gonna watch it until I read Muvluv (which, considering how bad Extra is and how unwilling I am to press ctrl, might be a while)
