Her style is pretty similar to Gahara-san in that both cuts to the main point and knows the main points to discuss. Well, I guess in a way Kanbaru and Hanekawa are too if we were to judge by this standard, but in terms of how sharp a character feels, Tsukihi is up there with Gahara-san and Hanekawa. Following the talks from ep 1 and 5, you'll see that Tsukihi has more or less bought up the main points of bake/kizu and then danced around the issue because Araragi clearly doesn't want to discuss it. The rest of it is purely in the method and tempo the two handles conversations. Gahara-san sets up for lines a few sentences in advance, Tsukihi too but goes into random hysteria more often. Kimi no Iru Machi is apparently pretty popular? I can't see why, it's pretty plain as far as romance stories go. I mean, you can carry that sort of thing with good writing, which it has, but it's been pretty predictable. The MC is one of those guys that I just want to slap. Kagami is much more enjoyable. The pacing has been really nice, not drawn out like most of these get. I'm rather enjoying this one, actually, there's something kind of refreshing about it. | ||
