My friend got me a K-ON scroll and I got him a Code Geass scroll.
You can imagine the look on our faces when we exchanged gifts and realize what we had gotten each other, haha.
Thats the only anime related gift I got. Maybe next year when I fully convert my sister to anime I can get her something cool as well. =D
Edit: Im not really a K-ON fan, but this is prolly the only thing mainstream enough that I would like on a scroll.

Just finished Steins;gate

Dunno how much I like the series.
In terms of execution and breadcrumbing back to the beginning, I thought it was pretty well done. I liked how everything went forward, and backwards, and back to episode 1 at the end.
The reversing the dmails part were... a bit ridiculous. but that was only like, 4? episodes. But they spent 3 episodes on just mayuri dying bit and they could have... condensed that quite a bit. those are probably why i'm iffy about the series. the middle episodes from 13~22 or so were AWFUL. I can forgive the some episodic natures of the episodes before that cause the rest of the series refers back to it but ~_~
I liked how the ending pieces together at the very end, even up to the handing out the badges. that was really nice! Oh and I hope he gave the metal upa to mayuri cause upas are awesome (although he could have went a little further -- instead of drawing the metal upa he should have just shook the machine or something, but it was cute none the less so i'll over look it)
People told me that i'd understand why characters act the way they do at the end, and that's true for SOME characters but not for the characters i had issues with that were literal cardboard cut outs. also they could have been fleshed out more.
overall wasn't bad, but wasn't too good either. I'll probably rate it a 6.

In your opinion, should I watch 00? I only gave it a quick chance (2 episodes I think) when it was brand new, and I just didn't fall for it. Is it worth watching? Gundam Seed was my first Gundam series, and I loved it. Didn't care much for Destiny but watched it anyway. Loved Gundam Wing, tried to watch the original series but didn't really get through it (my problem, not a knock on the show, just find it hard to get into animation that old.)

Season 1 of 00 was pretty good. Season 2 started off with a bang but then later on it started to suck. 00 is not a bad series to watch imo, but it was pretty disappointing on how season 2 was handled. Also, don't watch the movie for it. Just don't.
I'm pretty sure Sent will give you the full detail about it. And like KevinIX said, Gundam Unicorn is a show that you must have to watch.
