I suspect next episode will explain more about it, but what was explained when it was first shown in the LN is that it functions as Kiritsugu's mystic codec when he has to fight as a magus. | ||

Defining genres, shortening the list, etc. I'm still amazed why ef would be in romance when Clannad is in drama (they're both drama). But yeah, I don't wanna discuss this again. | ||
