holy shit that was intensely creepy disturbing shit.....that mom is like totally tripping out. Expecially the part in the bathroom where she would pet her son head and then his skin on his skull peeled off.

Now on to my question, when she went insane at the end and burned down the house, was the old guy that she was looking for in there? Did she win? lolz

Indeed it was quite an interesting special. I disliked it at first, but in the end it gives a nice view of what's going on from a completely different point of view.

I believe your question is open... I don't remember seeing that guy in the anime as a shiki, so he might never have came back to life... But who knows? I like to think that she did not win.

No, I think he was brought back to life if i remember correctly. I think that little kid went and found him in a house and tried to kill him while he was asleep but before he could do it, the Jinobu guy came and capture him and tied him to a pillar so when the guy wakes up he can eat him. I think that was him....I might of remember wrong. Either way, I think she just kinda went nuts and burned her inlaw house down but I still not sure which house she burned down.
