There were other moeblob shows....Minami-ke...and a couple others that are pretty good to be honest, but they don't get so much attention even with their concentration on the humor and cuteness when pitted against certain other shows. I mean....the general hype over Oreimo is gone....even though both Kirino and Kuroneko were pretty moe at the start. I think the only reason why IS did so well is because it was blatantly moe. It just snapped at every attempt to show the cute side of a character, something that's rarely seen. Even K-ON! didn't do so much as to take advantage of moe blunders over and over again. Granted it happened, but to me, not so much as IS. But I take your point...IS was pretty terrible. But I have a feeling there's only one moeblob everyone wants to see in IS..... | ||
