However I faintly remember that touching Seastone is like being completely submerged in water, rather than just touching a water surface. Weirdly enough being underwater seems to affect Luffy different to others, probably because he is a paramecia fruit user. He can stretch underwater but loses all his strength(or he is very dramatic about it). Seastone seems to turn his body normal, or he could simply be pushed through seastone grates, fences or handcuffs by other people. By that logic one should theoretical be able to cut Buggy into slices underwater, but not while touching seastone(or you could just do that to escape seastone prisons like Luffy). Strangely Buggy, Luffy and Alvida have the only Paramecia Fruits so far that change their bodies without active use of the fruit.

Though some have (incorrectly in my opinion) argued that Buggy's fruit needs reactive and conscious effort to split, which could mean he'd not be able to do it under water like Luffy's body was stretched.

He doesn't have to touch the seastone directly it could be like smokers weapon. Only part of it is seastone and he just touches the nonseastone part but since the seastone is on the weapon it gets affected too. Although I seriously doubt diamante uses seastone. Just seems to be against his character.

That was my guess originally, but then I would be flat out ignoring a lot of other players in the castle. Weaker, sure, but notable. Baby 5 and the lightning dude notably. Sure they're nothing on Luffy or Zoro (or probably even Kinemon, though we haven't seen him in a tough fight yet), but they're still there. Might be for Viola to deal with perhaps? That said, I don't think things will be so straight forward knowing Oda. It could be a 2v1 vs Doflamingo and Futijora nicks off. Or it could be a 3v2 after they beat Pika. Perhaps the revolutionaries attack at some point and Sabo fights alongside Luffy vs Dofla. Maybe Doflamingo pulls off a mask and goes "I was Kaidou all along. I'll catch you next time Mugiwara!" and flies away. Ok my real bet at the moment is this: - Luffy (and whatever is left of Law) fight Doflamingo. He wins. - Zoro and Kinemon fight Futijora. Kinemon is a bit outclassed, but Zoro with that bit of help is able to fight to a draw. When dofla gets beaten Futijora decides to leave. - Ussop is totally going to get turned into a toy. He'll somehow win after being turned into a toy. - I have no idea who will beat Trebol. Maybe one of the toys that gets re-humaned will be super strong. Or just gang up on him. - Sabo will win the battle royale. The devil fruit was a fake / was taken away / somethinglikethat. - Somehow Burgess does not lose in a way that he looks weak. It'll be a technicality. These are my current predictions.

...I'm also really hoping Robin gets a legit fight for once. She really hasn't had one outside of Enel's fat army commander. And even that wasn't really close on account of power levels. And if it was Shogun Franky I'd agree with the above =P

Just seems to be against his character. I'm pretty sure in order for Diamante to use his Fruit, he has to actually touch it. Not sure how it would work with something like Smoker's jutte, though. Thats something to consider. So there might be a huge showdown... with everybody walking away. Just think of all the players on the Island going all out. I don't think that we need another battle royal after the arena. I can imagine Mingo retreating to show up at a later point. His crew is shown a lot and we don't know Mingo's goal. He's just collecting ressources / influence on the island, right?

I honestly think Dofla needs to be defeated here to make room for the Yonkou especially since hes been introduced as the stepping stone to Kaidou. It also make sense since Fujitora is there and more than willing to take him away. Like I said before the illegal activities of Dofla will probably be exposed to the marines in this very arc so Fujitora will have the excuse he needs to take him down (but since hes luffy's opponent all he has to do is take him to Impel Down).

As much as I love Dofla...unfortunately I agree. He's going down this arc because he needs to be kicked out of Dressrosa for any sort of happy ending. That said: it won't be the last we see of him. I have a feeling that even with this arc Doflamingo will be some sort of player. Not a shichibukai or as big a player, but I'd love to see him alongside the other Tenryuubito at the Reverie or something along those lines. One thing that's bothering me about Dofla at the moment is that his crew members have noted that he will be the man that will become the pirate king. Sure Dofla controls power and a lot of the underground, but it's pretty clear he's not really in competition with Yonkou. And most notably, he's just sort of sat on an island for 10 years. So what's bothering me is: what's his true goal. If it is to become pirate king, simply being the most powerful broker was never going to be enough. I have a feeling we're going to get something Crocodile-esque. Like there's something else he's working on that would tip the balance in his favour in an enormous way. ...but maybe I'm reading too much into it and he expects to be the pirate king by being the guy pulling the strings behind the scenes. It just doesn't quite seem right to me though.
