All Vergo accomplished was show that Law is better than Sanji(and Smoker, if I remember correctly). He was literally introduced a couple dozen chapters before he was killed. | ||

Also, I just wondered, did Rayleigh's bounty end up being cancelled since he "retired"? I mean, since he was Roger's right hand man, he would surely have had a bounty on his head like the Vice Captain's of prominent crews. Or did Rayleigh serve time when Roger was captured? That part I don't have any memory reading any background of in the manga or managing to come across in the anime. Anyway, I still think Garp can go toe to toe with Kizaru. Rayleigh did it and managed to push him back to help Luffy and apparently even managed to get away from some "that fast". | ||
