I love the mihawk character and im going to reread the whitebeard fight but he seemed to be vice admiral/1or2captain in terms of power (which is very strong) .
Mihawk also doesnt appear to be the type that tries to fool people into believing he is weaker than he actually.
Regarding Swordsmanship:
I think in Onepiece it doesnt matter how you fight. Swords Axes Hammer Sniper hands Legs or your fucking Headbuts makes no difference.
All that matters in Onepiece is willpower/determination/training. The manifestation of those traits is haki.
The Haki of the conquerer seems to be the big expections since you must be born with it, so it seems at least for now.
This is very interesting, because it stands in contrast to the normal haki that everything can achieve with enough determination.
Without the Conquerer Haki Once pieve would be a world very everyone is born equal and has equal chances to become powerful depending on your hard work.
This "one in a million" haki introduces inequality/unjustice to OncePiece in terms of power.

There's not a lot of information or facts surrounding Mihawk but of what there is, is that he doesn't seem to have any great ambitions and just wants to be the best. He's very chill and relaxed most of the time. That all points to the reasoning that he WASNT fighting at FULL POWER. How are you not getting this?

prowess as a fighter, yes, but a pirate isnt only a fighter, you could say Buggy has great prowess as a pirate since hes got such a powerful crew

This discussion isnt leading to anything constructive. Instead i would like to ask, which devil fruit do you guys think is the strongest, NOT counting blackbeards darkness fruit?
personaly i have to go with kizarus pika pika no mi. Being able to move, strike and teleport at the speed of light aswell as fire super destructive energy beams that create massive explosions is pretty damn powerful. and being able to transform into pure light is pretty cool.

Light>Lightning. Many characters would be immune to Enels lightning because their element does not absorb electricity. Luffy, Crocodile, Smoker, Akainu, Kizaru to name a few.

I'd go with Kuma's fruit. It's not even teleporting at light speed, it's instantly moving. He can redirect anything coming at him as long as he saw it coming. He can make air pressure bomb (that didn't kill anyone due to shonen but yeah). He can teleport people wherever he wants and heal injuries. Pretty OP imho.

I would go with the Mystic Zoan Fruit Phoenix:
1: You can fly
2: You can transform
3: You can regenerate
I think if you give the man with the strongest haki this fruit, he is really immortal^^

Was about to say that. its the only fruit that makes the user truly invincible since even if you strike him with haki, his wounds always regenerate.

Kizaru is faster than Kuma. Kuma does not instantly move, he uses his paws to push himself through the air, but there is no way he moves faster than the speed of light.

Today I'm going fishing alone in this big big pond, I find it oddly entertaining.
Btw it's obvious Enel doesn't stand a chance against any of the new world pirates and he barely has vision haki so he would just be another pirate.

Bounty isn't really an indicator as far as Enel is concerned. He has always been in the sky, on an island unknown to most of the people down there.
