Pacifista designs are apparently Neo Navy pacifista only, not the new design ones. You can tell by Neo Navy insignia on them. I don't understand though why if all of the stuff that happened to Z to cause him to leave the Navy was fairly recent, like since the time OP began why we haven't bothered to hear about him at all despite him being a friggin' ADMIRAL. I guess it just comes down to the movie like everything else being non-canon (or 'tongue-in-cheek-canon' in that it will never have an effect on the main story, just like Shiki). | ||

Yeah I guess it all comes down, Oda basically creating a new character for the movie, similar to Shiki. + Show Spoiler + It opens up another plothole why friggin Zephyr of the black fists wasn't present that the Big war just like Fujitora, but I guess Oda could just say that they had to take of other shit around to world, e.g. defending certain points in the New World, just in case. We shouldn't be too picky about that though, because it's a movie and doesn't have to necessarily have to perfectly fit with our original timeline, even though certain parts of it are canon. the whole 3 endpoints thing is certainly interesting though, with all the theorys of blowing up redline and shit going around I rewatched the "backtransformation" part 3 times, Robin and Nami jiggling anmiations too strong :D | ||

Is Zephyr canon? The movie isn't, but I don't know if the character is. By the time Luffy started his journey, Zephyr was just a trainer who raises new marines. He had stepped down, since by that time, Kizaru, Aokiji, Akainu are now admirals. | ||

I watched the show up until there was nothing left to watch, then read the manga from there. When is the next manga coming out? Is it like the show, with a one week interval? Luffy better not have trouble against Bellamy, da hell what a low bounty that guy has. | ||

Fujitora can be explained in a multitude of ways anyways. | ||
