There's a couple people who think Robin might be Luffy's sister just because it would really fit in with her meeting Dragon, and the circumstances surrounding her mother and who else could possibly marry or father a child with one of the most dangerous women back then.
To be honest the theory kind of agreed with me, Luffy and Robin having a big mature sister/idiot little brother relationship until I remembered that she isn't a D., though the "Will of D." thing hasn't really been explained other than Saul saying he just got the initial and he didn't understand (or elaborate) why his parents or whatever force gave it to his name. That and more importantly Dragon didn't really react to what happened to Robin at Enies Lobby.

I'll try to, although my knowledge of this is limited. Basically the fruits of the characters sound like a combination of numbers. Luffy's Gomu is 5 (Go) and 6 (Roku) combined to make Go-roku -> Gomu. It's a bit of a stretch (lol) but it's an exciting theory. Here are the rest:
Hana = 8 (Hachi) 7 (Nana)
Hito = 1 (iti) 10 (zyuu, pronounced jo)
Yomi = 4 (yon) 3 (san)
and Nikyu, kuma's fruit = 2 (ni) 9 (kyuu)

Note that numbers in japanese usually have two different "names"
1 can be Ichi or Hi
10 can be Jyuu or To
8 is Hachi or Ha-
7 Is Shichi or Nana
6 is Roku or Mu-(another cool example: on D. Gray Man, a character has a technique called "6 styles", named Mugen. Mu = 6, Gen = Styles. It's a pun, because Mugen also means "Infinite)

If you want to go deeper, the "mu" in "mugen" means "Without", and when you combine it with "Gen" (from "genkai" which means "limit") you get "without limit", or "infinite". *themoreyouknow*
That's a really cool theory. I never realized that was Kuma's fruit name in Japanese. I am so accustomed to reading the English scans. The only problem with that theory is Ivankov said that whatever remained of the Bartholomew Kuma that she knew had totally disappeared. Either that is not 100% true and there is a way to restore the original Kuma or the Straw Hat crew will somehow reprogram him with a new personality that doesn't serve the Marines. However, the Straw Hat crew's already got a super robo, and that's Franky. 
The alternate pronounciation for 2 is "fu" and 9 would be "ku", so maybe we'll see a Fuku Fuku no Mi. "Fuku" could mean a lot of things, but one thing it could mean is "to blow". This verb is used when playing certain musical instruments like a trumpet. Who have we seen playing a trumpet? Scratchman Apoo. His DF applies to a variety of musical instruments not just wind instruments and he's been shown to be in an alliance with Basil and possibly Kidd but there's another nice nugget of info.
