I dont see a problem with the world right now, this is a pic from some japanese fansite that i saved on my laptop for ages: such a fascinating and unique world dont you think.
In order to become someone strong one can do it like luffy did, starting from one of the four blues and then go into the grand line once they are capable to do so. If the story would turn out like that theory, oda would be denying the 'birth' of another luffy-liked guy and that is so not shounen.
There was a theory just like that from like(not exactly, this one has more weird stuff in it, I recommend watching the video as he goes over all the points and the page is deleted) 10 months ago, I'll try to find it.
Edit: I found it, the actual page was deleted but here is a video on it
It was almost exactly the same, luffy destroys red line, find all blue, connects world as one piece, the tayrubi(nobles) came from the moon and thats why they wear the space helmets, people who lost in void century went to the moon, the winners of the big war hired the tayrubi descendents to kill them, and the ones that escaped of the kingdom that lost went to raftel, and they are the ones with D. as the middle name, and ofc more details with the 3 great powers or something, aswell as other stuff. Oh it also has stuff on how seastone was made from one of the super op ships cannonballs or something like that.

and the deleted link http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:GIANT_SPOILER_ABOUT_SERIES_CAUTION It was almost exactly the same, luffy destroys red line, find all blue, connects world as one piece, the tayrubi(nobles) came from the moon and thats why they wear the space helmets, people who lost in void century went to the moon, the winners of the big war hired the tayrubi descendents to kill them, and the ones that escaped of the kingdom that lost went to raftel, and they are the ones with D. as the middle name, and ofc more details with the 3 great powers or something, aswell as other stuff.
Hooooly shit that would make an abundant amount of sense.
I always had this impression that the space suits wear by the tenryubito is to protect them from breathing commoner's air. It symbolizes how much above the rest of the world they are, they won't even breath the same air as them.
the creation of the red line in that video is not plausible, volcanic mountain chains are a results of plate tectonic movement where 2 piece of earth's crust collides and one slide on top of the other and the ocean water trap in between will be vaporized due to the heat of the mantle, these vapor packets in term becomes the explosive type of volcano. So volcano is the result of the mountain building, not the cause. For the red line which encircles the entire planet from the north and south pole to be cause by geologic event the planet will have to compose to 2 different plates only, and one would be on the left and the other the right of the red line. and they will have to be push into each other in order to form the red line. The mechanism that move the plates is the convection of the mantle below the crust. which means for the red line to form by the two plates, the ocean floor must have a huge circular shaped convection that is absolutely gigantic,( and it must be located perpendicular to the red line plan form the core of the planet to the surface of the mantle) on top of that, the planet's interior must be cool enough to not have another places where there is a ocean floor spreading due to convection of the mantle. because if there are other places of ocean floor spreading the red line will not shaped like it does in the one piece universe. also a planet that is cool enough to not have another places of convection will not produce a strong magnetic field at all, Look at Mars, weak magnetic field no geologic activity. the one last single convection in the mantle formed the Mt. Olympus.
The redl line is not built by the means of volcanoes, it would have made something similar to Mt. Olympus instead of the red line.
The process of the formation of the red line is most logically erosion where the materials made the red line is a lot more resistant to erosion than the rest of the material. While the rest of the materials eroded away, the red line is all that remains. this takes millions of years. and we still have to explain why the erosion resistant material is concentrated in the plane that cuts through the north and south pole of the planet. and even with this theory, the red line is not ganna last for long, because even if it's resistant to erosion, it will still erode away slowly, if there is no mountain building to counter act the lost of material, the red line will slowly weather away completely. Unless the material made out of the red line is artificially created and will never erode away.
he said something about some kind of cannon that shot seastones into the crust of the planet and that in terms formed the volcanoes and that these volcanoes then created the red line as it existed today.
Mind blowing theory. Didn't Silvers Rayleigh say that Luffy and crew may actually come to a different conclusion than he and Gold Roger did. I wonder what Luffy will end up doing if this all turns out to be right.

that's a good point, and it's also a clue, Roger found the true history, and if the theory is correct what other conclusion can Robin derive? If there is a revolutionary army, it means the people of the world is not please with the current system, it also means there is oppression, but is it necessary to bring down the red line if Dragon can just win and replace the World Government? is there a reason not to destroy the red line and fulfill one piece? Rayleigh did said luffy couldn't do a thing about it even when he was to tell them the history. He could be implying that even if luff acquired the ancient weapon to destroy the red line above fisherman island he still would not be able to get pass the marines in order to use it.
Man you guys are beasts.. Are you guys a english professor at Harvard? anyway, i don't see luffy doing exactly same thing as roger did ( tell everyone to find one piece).
Anyway, it's mindblowing how oda was able to plan this thing.... It's sad trash books like twilight and harry potter receive more praise.
I really hope the spoilers aren't real and are just speculation. Some of the stuff that was said seemed kind of obvious though. The 'D' thing was obviously tied to the ancient civilization (for me anyways) and the part about the moon people being related to the ancient weapons and civilization also made sense (because there were carvings that resembled the 3 weapons). However, while the destruction of the red line seems probable, the part about it forming from volcanic activity isn't. Also the world nobles being space warriors doesn't sit well with me. If anything, the world nobles would be the founders of the world government that still had ancient technology that they flaunt around. I also doubt that one of the ancient weapons is One Piece simply because I don't think One Piece is a tangible thing. I think One Piece is an idea or a dream that can be freely shared between people, like uniting the seas or pursuing freedom. But that's just me. Please Oda, don't make the spoilers come true!

You're not seriously asking this question are you?
Interesting theory. Kinda reminds me of the Tengu-theory in Naruto though: It fits in facts and possible foreshadowing, but not in established tone.
First, why exactly would you need a weapon to destroy the mountains? If you have the resources to destroy something with weapons, then you could destroy it much more easily with tools. Shooting an explosion will always be less accurate than placing the explosives exactly where you want them and less effective than drilling a deep hole into the mountain and then letting them explode. If the peace loving ancient kingdom ruled uncontested in the void century, then I see no reason why they would need to create weapons of mass destruction for that.
^not to mention that would our beloved SH captain use any kind of weapon to achieve his dream (OP)? That theory has been put out by people for a long time (first one i read was related to All blue back in 2010 iirc).
the theory touches on the why you asked. The ancient kingdom doesn't need to destroy the red line because they have the technology to travel cross the calm belt and have excess to all 4 seas, they are doing it for the rest of the ppl who doesn't have the technology. The ancient kingdom wanted easier traveling for the entire world via oceans, increase trade routes, connects different cultures, improves economy, better living standards. There are those who doesn't want the red line to go down and wanted sole control of the ability to travel between the seas, so they fought and beat the world government.
I already explain the red line has to be artificial in the theory, it can withstand the weathering from the ocean continuously for years. the pathway when luffy enters the grand line is too perfectly straight to be natural, on top of that giant whale as big as a mountain couldn't even put a dent on the red line after years of crashing into it. That whale is a size of a sea king,
The reason as to why they wouldn't just drill and lower a bomb to blow it up is because why go through the trouble when they already process the ancient weapons that can get the job done.
A huge animal not bringing down a mountain? So the ground where mammoths lived must be extra resistant too, or it would be a giant hole. After all there were hundreds of thousands of really big and heavy animals stomping on the ground.
Where do the ancient weapons come from? I am pretty sure they were not just lying around for everyone to just grab and destroy the world with. If I remember correctly the Ancient Kingdom was credited as the *creators* of at least 1 weapon.
Everyone and their mother can access the entrance to the Grand Line from one of the four seas, so I don't quite understand why some of the people that can fly haven't just gone there and went backwards over the Red Line instead of towards the start of the Grand Line. Or ships that are designed to function in the Calm Belt don't just come from one of the four (well, technically one of two I guess) seas and just cut across the Calm Belt near the end of the Grand Line. Obviously it's not like there's a magic "You win" treasure sitting at the end waiting for the first person to get there, but there's certainly something special about Raftel/the end of the Grand Line that few people know about even though it seems there's more ways of getting there than just "run up the middle of the Grand Line."
A different thing I haven't thought too much about is the method of exiting the Grand Line. The Calm Belt makes anyone not specifically prepared for it rather SOL, but many people seem to come and go easily enough. Like way back at the start of the series how Don Krieg and his crew basically backpedaled out of the Grand Line almost the same way they entered it.
this theory is really nice, and i would like to bet on it to be somewhat correct in the end.
and now its also clear why the WG though of Blackbeards and his DF, to be able to "destroy" the world. ofc its devestating, but it also could help in fullfilling the wish of the AK in creating the all blue.
