There is an abundance of devil fruits in wano since almost every character we've met from wano has one. This could be the result of SMILE however... which leads to 2. Kaido is most certainly the ruler or the patriarch of wano because of the Jack connection, the fruits, and Kinnemon's reaction to him. | ||

Otherwise it seems that Sanji wasn't captured, he went off on his own free will to do something very dangerous. cf Luffy and Zoro being very unimpressed with Sanji's situation and Nami being a bit more scared. Not sure where Caesar is, but it's probable that Caesar got captured and Sanji, understanding that Caesar a "trump card" for some reason, decides to make sure to get it back. Looks like it was Jack who started (does he have the elephant zoan fruit?) wrecking Zou 17 days ago and some more of Kaido's underlings came back AFTER Nami's group arrived to Zou (e.g. Sanji kicking the sheep guy). That is how Nami's group are Zou's saviors somehow. Super cool developments, love it. | ||
