Its representative of what the marines know about them. Nami and chopper are clearly more valuable and dangerous than the marines think (Nami by such a big margin). If it comes to power level Sanji is prolly underestimated a bit. Usopp bounty is of course precise and accurate, he is clearly a god. I suspected Sanji was already captured. The poster was just asking to not kill him, to bait the strawhats. But the theory mentioned on the thread makes sense. | ||
