ON Topic this chapter is just good build up for the eventual fight between Hodi and Luffy. I`m happy to see Jinbei return since he was awesome before. I`ve been reading toriko for a couple months now seems interesting typical guy manga with huge muscle men doing crazy attacks. The kicker is the whole thing revolves around food Also the poop devil fruit was funny | ||

One Piece is just so good. Dunno why my friends haven't even tried it. Just me and my brother that keep up with it and I think maybe one other that does. Filled with so many great and touching moments. Oda knows that the characters have to get stronger, paces himself while doing so, but still manages to not turn it into a giant power level competition. The build up to the moment when both Nami and Robin finally joined the crew (for realz) was just so emotional, especially in the anime as moving characters/voiceovers just lend it that extra bit over the manga. Least for me. Hell, even current anime episodes, that I read in the manga months and months ago, still get me from time to time. | ||

I like it when they go back and explain the history, reminds me that One Piece actually plans things unlike a couple other manga that I can name *ahem*. It also looks like the gears are starting to turn as well seeing Hodi's underlings are attacking every part of the island. | ||
