EPTAnyway,no reason to be pumped about Zaraki's bankai - it will be only shown for like 2 chapters max and will have really lazy design (like with Kyouraku and Urahara), because Kubo is in his "let's show all the bankais and finish this s**t" mode.

Later on as she was navigating on Zaraki's shoulder she talked/spat on the bald guy with the spear and talked with Inue. She interacted with some other vice captains as well. | ||

1. That Yachiru disappeared right after Kenpachi released his Shikai during his fight. 2. It was also after that fight that Kenpachi had a short scene where he went looking for Yachiru and couldnt find him. 3. There was also a short scene back in the beginning of bleach probably at Arrancer or during Kenpachi first introduction where it showed the first meeting of Yachiru with Kenpachi. Which was Kenpachi sitting down after slaying a mountain of corpse and Yachiru appearing out of no where crawling and touching his sword, not knowing her own name and doing Yachiru stuff. Now going on with my personal theory here, I believe it is at this point in time where he is sitting down on these corpses that he realized that there was nobody stronger than him and unconsciously suppressed his own power. In desiring to do so, Yachiru manifested in physical body which weakened him drastically and locked his ability to gain Shikai and bankai fulfilling his inner desires. It was also here, that he started the habit of suppressing his own power with bells and eye patch etc etc. With him activating Shikai, his sword went back to normal and Yachiru vanishes. Regarding the Yachiru shikai, I have no damn idea. Like I said, this all seem plausible but at the same time it could of just been ass pulled from Kubo salvaging situation into making some what sense. + Show Spoiler + | ||

I think the latter but, From Bleach wiki: Yachiru Kusajishi (草鹿 やちる, Kusajishi Yachiru) is the lieutenant of the 11th Division in the Gotei 13, under Captain Kenpachi Zaraki, as well as the President of the Shinigami Women's Association. I'd say being president of the Shinigami Women's Association would make her pretty damn visible. Ahm, if we go along with the Zunpukuto unknown tails arc claim that zunpukutos can manifest as spirits AND can in fact use both shikai and bankai (as most of the zunpukuto used in said arc) then it stands to reason that Yachiru can use shikai. The only issue for me is that the shikai isn't the same as Zaraki's shikai, but then again Zaraki hasn't explored his shikai aside from using it to slice stuff... so, it could stand to reason that, just in the same way as Renji's bankai got a complete re-design, so could zaraki's shikai go through a complete re-design as he develops a further connection with it.
