It looks like he can go all out and then heal his trainee up. his bankai doesnt hold back though, it cant be blocked and cant be toughed out if he used it on chad he would either tear him apart or do nothing at all, so it would just be him having a regular swordfight with chad and healing whatever wounds he ended up sustaining, better to have Renji actually fight chad with a bankai which is the whole reason they had the conversation, he wanted chad to fight against a bankai | ||
