Step 4. Kill off the "diversionary team in the seretei" to restore the "special team" and begin the 'real' fight all the while never revealing his own skills.
Am I the only one who sees sense in YH's plan?
I will admit though, a lot of time was wasted and stupid characters created, but hey... things were never meant to be easy!

Buddy please... The actual fight of Ichigo vs Aizen was just stupid. Ichigo raped face like "what I'm fully in sync with my zunpukuto I aint even scared" and Aizen going through different butterfly transformations until final getsuga reveal. What's funny is that final Getsuga was billed to be this awesome power. Instead, final Getsuga doesn't even incapacitate Aizen and if it wasn't for Urahra Ichigo would be dead. It was a very disappointing end to an AWESOME super arc!
EDIT: 10/10 for Sturmballer! You can tell this guy's at the end of his teather with the bleach story telling! hahahah... reading manga week to week is so frustrating and underwhelming...

Kabuto is water rock so he's neutral to water. 4x weak to grass sure.
I guess it's better that fights with supporting characters are short even though these guys are supposed to be the strongest division so we can get to Ichigo's fight.
