does this mean... he has to utter that phrase everytime? like... you know others say things like... Zabimaru - Howl or Senbonzakura - Scatter.. Does Kenpachi have to say.. Nozarashi - This is making me Hard! Cuz... i'm okay with that. seriously.... | ||

I think earlier in the show it was said that when you achieve Bankai you no longer have to say those, and you can call on them at will | ||
