he just fucked up a hanful of men-at-arms that were caught with their pants down.
the fight vs dondarrion was better: chopping both the sword and the guy in halves. THAT is overpowering in my book :D
You mentioned the word "book"! Ban!

I think the season finale was awesome. Why do people keep harping on Dany? That was an awesome ending. She just took a city! I wont be surprised if we see her over the sea any time soon.'
Also, the only times I really like Tywin is when he puts Joffrey in his place. "I AM THE KING!" "Sure, sure. go to sleep now".

Because the slavers in the area keep the harpy as their sigil and everyone enjoys a good pun :p

People don't like she has gotten everything so easily recently, while the rest of the world scratches and claws to hold their lot.

because they keep wasting precious screen time on her. Whatever she does, it doesnt affect any of the other characters. not to mention that she isnt particularly likable and you have the show runners trying to stuff her down our throats at the cost of more interesting characters that get barely any screen time: little finger, mace, oleanna redwyne arent just played by much better actors who dont have to rely on getting naked every 3rd or 4th episode but have more interesting storylines too.

You might argue that what the people in Kings landing do doesnt effect her either, so they should not show it. Its just seperate story lines. Lets hope that they meet one day.
But tbh I dont like all the Dany stuff that much either. She is not a very likable character to me. But others like her a lot, so to each his own. thats one of the advantages of this multitude of characters.
I don't know if it is just me, but for the last few episodes, every time there is a Dany scene freeing people, I expect her to be randomly murdered, after what happened to other characters haha.

I mean when compared to the average person. Presumably only one other person in the world can flail those guys around like ragdolls, and he's the Hound's brother.
Jaime Lannister, Brienne of Tarth, Barristan the Bold, even the knight of flowers to some extent
There's plenty of other ridiculously good fighters in GoT
I'm not talking about fighting skills. I'm saying how physically overpowering he is.

First with him staying with the Brotherhood and then being sentenced to death and now he gets sent away on a boat. Will we see him again? I hope so because Gendry is awesome.
I would assume that Gendry is going to become a major player by the end of the show, he has all the qualities of a strong character to build on and his story is actually extremely cliche. I would not be surprised if Stannis eventually succeeded to Gendry once he has proven himself.

I dunnu lol, personally I find littlefinger to be both way more cliché and less interesting than danny Then again I like her story arc so yea :p. Episode was not particularly good imo, too much all over the place. No real reason to visit all characters just because it was the last episode. The tywin/tyrion scene was marvellous. When tywin made tyrion stay after the meeting he gave this weird vibe that he was seeking approval for what he had just done and was upset that he didn't get it.
Danny is only cool because she has dragons! and this "free the slaves" theme annoys me so much, i wish she dies sooner than later... Very american and very pathetic, it seems ridiculous from an European pov.
