I got the impression these whitewalkers was fast as fuck, especially from the episode 1 season 1 scenes. And Sam with all his book readings, is like the opposite of smart. He is both fat and dumb, and on top of this, annoyingly trying to hit on this girl. He reminds me of a sleek horny dude, trying to sneak his cock in whatever he can find. I might give nudity too much meaning. Well I don't believe the penis blood any more potent than from any other part of the body but the scene wasn't just random nudity. I think it was more her just being sadistic and on a power-trip. She seems to get off on the sexual power she holds over men. She also prefers to use a more subtle method of getting what she wants, rather than doing it at knifepoint. Thus the nudity, whilst not strictly necessary for her goal, reveals more about her character and motivations. She does her god's work but also isn't shy of alligning it with her own needs. | ||

Given how in episode 1 a guy who abandoned his horse managed to outrun a white walker. they clearly aren't inescapable. and Sam is probably one of the most intelligent characters on the show. he's not very learned in regards to a lot of labor, but he's definitely very very intelligent. you can see this in that he's the only one to read and remember anything about the white walkers, he's one of the better stewards and helps the maester (which requires intelligence), So he's definitely not dumb. He cares for the girl and the baby, but he has never once tried to hit on the girl, and he balks when she offers to share a bed with him, and goes outside instead. He knows his vows and he's terrified of girls. He's pretty much exactly the opposite of everything you've sad, except he IS fat. you just don't like fat people and associated all these obviously false (had you put thought into any of it) bad attributes because of it. | ||
