That riddle has stuck in my head for the longest time, and was used to prove a point in my ethics paper for college. Absolutely love this show, and the books. Now this trailer has me counting the minutes until next season which is not good.

Nice trailer, can't wait for the season to start. It's good to see that they're keeping many of the storylines from the book in the show and not overly simplifying things, at least from what the trailer indicates. Should be a great second season!

HBO was really faithful with the first season but I fear with only 10 episodes a lot of non-major events are going to get cut out in this season and the next. Got to hope they don't completely omit the battles like they did with Whispering Wood in the first season.

I love how they incorporated the riddle like that with stannis, tywin and melisandre. (the riddle is directly from the book)

Well to be fair whispering woods wasn't directly narrated in the book either (although I agree it would have been sweet to see, I found that part of the show a bit confusing (how they were able to capture jamie). I was disappointed that they omitted Tyrions battle scene (the one where he gets knocked out with the hammer in the show) because it sounded pretty bad ass in the book. I remember reading that for season 2 the battle at the end of the season is going to "break the bank". Should be epic :D.

So rumors that I have read online indicated that Season 3&4 will be shot back to back(LotR style). And that 3&4 will both be on a Storm of Swords. That makes sense as that book has so much happen in it.

i was just turned on to this series, i watched the entire season in 1 day. It was amazing can't wait for season 2 i literally just finished watching it, what an amazing show. HBO never fails ^^

About events from the book being omitted, its gonna happen, we just have to hope nothing important gets omitted.
